Spraugue for about 14 years, ill since 16 September 1914. Housekeeper at time of death, married. Informant Lonzo Figgins of Chauncey Ohio. Filed 15 October 1914 by E.S.Dent, Registrar. Burial in GreenLawn Cemetery on 18 October 1914, N.S. Cook of Nelsonville undertaker.
