Ella was born in Hocking County, Ohio 13 July 1855. She was married to King Figgins, and was a widow at the time of her death. Her father was William Anders, born in Maryland, and mother states "no record." Mrs. Charles Dalton of Nelsonville was the informant, who is her daughter Lula.
