King, the Probate Judge for Athens County, stating that he is at least the age of 21 and she at least 18, that neither are kin nearer than first cousin, that neither have spouse living, and that there are no legal impediments preventing them from marrying. Marriage performed by W. J. Jewett on 4 April 1901 in Athens County, Ohio. Recorded by A.S. Bethel, returned and filed 11 April 1901. Witnessed and signed by King Figgins.
